Terms of use

This website is run by Malibu Boats Greece & Cyprus to present the Malibu and Axis boats we sell and service in Cyprus and Greece, and the boats we have for sale.

We take care to keep listings, prices and figures accurate, but they can change and mistakes can happen. Specifications are the figures the manufacturers publish and can differ with a boat’s specification and market. Nothing on this site is an offer: please confirm every detail with us before you buy.

Prices are in euros and say whether VAT is included. A boat marked reserved or sold is not available unless we tell you otherwise.

Malibu, Axis and the names of their models and systems are trademarks of Malibu Boats, LLC, used here to describe the boats we sell. The photographs and films of the range come from Malibu Boats.

Some pages link to the manufacturers’ own sites and configurators. We are not responsible for their content.
